OUR PRICES IN EURO PER DAY
- From January to June and from September to December 160 EURO
- July and August 180 EURO
- Prices are for 2 people; each additional person is charged 10 euro per day.
- The cost of electricity is not included in the price
- INCLUDED SERVICES: the prices includes: parking space in garage, cleaning before and after rental period, hot and cold water, beach equipment, change of towels for kitchen and bathroom twice weekly, change of bedroom linen once a week.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• A deposit of 150 euro is required, which will be refunded on leaving the flat
• Reservations with a 30% deposit to be sent by bank transfer
• Rent and deposit shall be paid upon arrival
• The cost of electricity is charged on consumption
• Check in on arrival day from 3 pm to 6 pm
• We do not receive customers arriving after 7 pm
• Check out on departure day by 10 am
• Credit Cards are not accepted
• Minimum stay: 5 days
• No pets allowed
